X7 Growth AI is a small team based in Bahrain, serving clients in 6 countries across 9 sectors. We build AI, CRM and automation infrastructure for companies that want to scale without doubling headcount. The model is remote-first with an anchor in Manama. Decisions happen in hours, not in committees.

Not roles — archetypes. When the next project justifies it, we reach out to people who combine all of these:
- 5+ years shipping real products — production code, defensible design decisions, impact metrics.
- Real ownership — have led a squad, founded or co-founded something, or driven projects from zero to deploy without supervision.
- Opinion on AI without hype — know what LLMs do well, what they do poorly, and where the unit economics don't yet add up.
- Obsession with quality — have a personal project, public GitHub, technical writing, or another artifact that proves you care when nobody is watching.
- Work with efficiency — ship in days what others ship in months. No theater, no long stand-ups, no "process for process's sake".
- Want real ownership, not employment — if you're looking for hierarchy, big fixed salary, and 9-18 hours, we're not for you.

- If there's no match now, we'll honestly say there isn't yet.
