Terms of Service.

// 01 · ACCEPTANCEAcceptance of terms.

Access to and/or use of the X7 Growth AI platform, including engagement of any package or service, implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. A Client who disagrees with any clause must refrain from contracting.

These Terms may be amended by X7 Growth AI at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

// 02 · DESCRIPTION OF SERVICESWhat is included.

X7 Growth AI provides services in software engineering, systems integration, automation, AI agents, CRM, websites, digital infrastructure and technical consulting related to digital transformation and revenue growth.

The specific scope of each engagement is defined by Package (Spark, Ignition, Platform, Command) or by Statement of Work (SOW) signed between the parties in the case of custom projects.

// 03 · ACCOUNT AND ACCESSClient responsibility.

• The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of access credentials.
• All activity performed with the Client's credentials is deemed authored by the Client.
• The Client undertakes to immediately notify X7 in case of suspected misuse.
• The platform must not be used for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that violate third-party rights.

// 04 · PAYMENT AND BILLINGRecurring model.

The Spark, Ignition and Platform plans are billed on a recurring subscription model (monthly or annual). Official billing is in US Dollars (USD); local currency is shown for reference only.

For projects valued at $1,000 or more, the following payment policy applies:

• $1,000 — $9,999: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery.
• $10,000 or more: 30% deposit, remainder per schedule defined in SOW.
• Less than $1,000: 100% paid at engagement.

Accepted payment methods include card (Stripe), SWIFT/IBAN transfer, PIX (Brazil), Benefit (Bahrain) and others by agreement. In case of delay exceeding 7 days, X7 reserves the right to suspend service until regularization.

// 05 · CANCELLATIONNo lock-in. No exit fee.

The Client may cancel any subscription directly from the Client Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billed cycle — there is no refund for periods already paid.

The Ignition and Platform packages have a 3-month minimum term from initial engagement, to recover the setup investment. After that period, the subscription becomes monthly without commitment.

Enterprise contracts (Command) follow custom terms defined in SOW.

// 06 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYClient owns it. Always.

All code, data, automations and configurations developed specifically for the Client become the Client's property after full payment. X7 retains ownership of its proprietary stack, internal frameworks and reusable components.

The Client grants X7 a non-exclusive license to use anonymized operational data for product improvement, benchmarking and internal model training — always in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

// 07 · CONFIDENTIALITYNDA by default.

All information exchanged between the Client and X7 is considered confidential, except for that which is in the public domain or whose disclosure is required by law. The confidentiality obligation survives termination of the contract for 5 years.

// 08 · LIMITATION OF LIABILITYLimits of commitment.

X7 Growth AI commits to specific SLAs per package (4h to 48h depending on plan). X7's total liability for any event is limited to amounts paid by the Client in the 3 months prior to the event.

X7 is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity or damages to third parties arising from use of the platform. In particular, business decisions made based on AI model outputs are the sole responsibility of the Client.

// 09 · GOVERNING LAWJurisdiction: Kingdom of Bahrain.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute will preferentially be resolved by mediation. Should mediation fail, the venue of Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain is elected.

For clients in jurisdictions with specific regulation (LGPD-Brazil, GDPR-EU), X7 complies with applicable requirements as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

// 10 · AMENDMENTSHow we update the terms.

These Terms will be reviewed periodically. Material changes will be notified by email and become effective 30 days after notification. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms.
